Mark Higgins has today won the Liupanshui Rally round three of the 2017 Chinese Rally Championship.
​
On the third and final day, Higgins extended his 36 second lead up to 50 seconds to take his second consecutive rally win, following victory at Doulon in August. Li finished in fifth place, while the two other Golf SCRCs retired.
​
The win has yet again proven the competitiveness of the now three year old VW Golf SCRC with Higgins able to comfortably hold off Chris Atkinson in the latest 2017 specification Subaru.
