The wait is finally over! The 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship begins today at Holjes-Sweden and you can watch all of the action unfold live, more info here.
The whole first round of World RX 2020 will take place today, Saturday 22 August, with three qualifiers, semi-finals and final, before the same happens all over again tomorrow for round two. The FIA European Rallycross Championship for Supercar and the first ever Projekt E event for electric rallycross cars also take place over the weekend.

During this Saturday at the fantastic Höljes Nordic circuit, the practices were carried out with the anxious premiere of the long-awaited Projekt E formula cars, with high technological potential with the entry of electric motors.
The Ford Fiesta MK8 model has been chosen by the Austrian manufacturer STARD with the direction of Manfred Stohl and his partner Michael Sakowicz, who are very satisfied with the start of the important project on the first date of the 2020 FIA World RallyCross Championship in Sweden.
It should be noted that the oval cars are driven by the renowned United States driver, Ken Block, the English driver Natalie Barrat and Austrian national Rally champion, Hermann Neubauer, who are very enthusiastic about the great potential regime that the car has oval racing car assembled and manufactured at the STARD Racing factory in Groß-Enzersdorf.
The TEIN shocks absorbers have performed very well on the rainy and well-rounded Höljes track, expecting much more action during the demanding World RX weekend and the all-new Projekt E in 2020.
Finally, the Polish Rally Technology team is in charge of the technical assistance on the track of the oval cars at the start of the new Project E.
